when emulating a virtual DS4 controller with the new v3.5.0 release it seems like its D-Pad is stuck in the "0" (UP) position until a direction on the D-Pad is pressed to "refresh" it, to get it.. "unstuck". Not a big issue, but it can throw you off not being aware of it from the get go.
Update: Actually only pressing D-Pad Up/Dn will "refresh" the D-Pad state. Pressing Lt/Rt will only change the D-Pad's POV to "315"/"45"

The behavior is the same on both SDL and Legacy.
