I've been using this with DualShock 4 output and PS Remote Play to add gyro controls to PS4 games like Uncharted 4 and God of War. I've tested it with left and right stick, as DualShock 4 and Xbox controller. It can be difficult to get it feeling good enough depending on the game, but it's handy to have.
