Sphinx Plugin: PDB Reader #7

parse pdb file and put into scheme defined to store molecular data (see http://biopython.org/wiki/Reading_large_PDB_files). Is there a python library that already does this?

This is working well enough that we should be able to start adding PDB2PQR modules. Closing while knowing that we can add in missing bits later should/when the need arise/s.
