Change default job path to use disk instead of RAM #120

Resolves #119

Additionally, this should theoretically provide more consistent behavior for users encountering issues (see Electrostatics/pdb2pqr#199) where files don't finish writing, possibly due to RAM exhaustion since we're not writing to disk
