Script to Update README.md Tables #418

It would be nice to have a script that automatically updates the README.md test tables when we run the tests.

A good intermediate step would be to add an option to generate, and output the markdown for inclusion in the table. This would be 100% better than how we do it now, and is a nice stepping stone.
