[REQUEST] All HD Collections #35

MGS HD Collection Ratchet and Clank HD Collection ( these come individually too) Sly Cooper HD Collection (also available individually) Jak and Daxter HD Collection (Individually too)

Have you considered donations for game requests? Maybe a Patreon like The Flow? I’d happily pay for these to be done based on your work with God of War already.

I added Jak and Daxter res. patch, but it runs like crap. I can't believe how little effort its developer made to optimize it more.

Also, after the easy method of patching sceDisplayWaitVblankStartMulti() call, JAK1 runs at around 40-50 fps in the first section, but ofc the speed increases too. There must be a better way (maybe some day we'll figure it out). I don't get why they chose 20fps lock though...

I don't want donations simply because this is hit or miss. Some games run great at native res/uncapped, some just don't, and when they don't, I have no idea what to do next.

I tried 1 & 2 and they look and play well enough at high res. With the 20fps lock on Jak 1 the FPS isn’t affected but it looks way better. I would argue the FPS is better than the unchanged release for Jak 2, even at higher res. Either way, many thanks for this. So the speed of Jak 1 increases with the FPS? That’s a shame. Could it not be locked at 30?

Edit: 3 runs ok too. Holds 30 FPS better than it did before.

Jak 3 with your plugin and overclock is played many times better. I did not install the previous two parts, because there is no my language there. Thank you very much!

Is there no way to run the game in 30fps? Well, or at least 24-25? I think the speed will be almost imperceptible

I would prefer Rachet and Clank Collection. They are running nicely with stable 30 fps and I think with overclocking a resolution upgrade would work also with 30fps.

Have overseen this posting https://github.com/Electry/VitaGrafix/issues/16#issuecomment-416010054 But can you merge it into the plugin anyway maybe we will find a working res
