[Help!]all games shows that an error occured while reading patch file #137

This Issue occured with 5.0.2 I have deleted the old version of patchlist in data folder. But when I start the game Meesage showed as below

'An error occured while reading patch files' VitaGrafix v5.0.2

[MAIN] Title ID: PCSE00233 [MAIN] SELF: ux0:/app/PCSE00233/eboot.bin [MAIN] NID: 0x9194A548

[IO] Parsing ux0:data/VitaGrafix/patchlist.txt [PATCH] Patching seg000 : 00054A8A to 5F F4 75 70, size=4 [PATCH] 83 total game patches found in patch list [PATCH] Failed to parse patchlist (line 524, pos 30): Memory already patched.

Is there any one can help me for this issue?

I'm running into the same issue, this is the only place I've found where someone else is talking about it!
