Is there any way to get Black Ops Declassified to run at 60 FPS? It really sucks online like this.
Persona Dancing Trilogy (Persona 3 Dancing, Persona 4 Dancing, Persona 5 Dancing), double speed (with allow 1).
P3D and P5D have perfectly smooth animations in the main menu, then when selecting a song game is running at double speed, and in the gameplay the game is still running at 30fps but it somehow looks worse with the forced 60 running 30.
P4D has smooth animations in both main menu and song select, but has same problem as above in the gameplay, and this happens with both Allow 1 and Drop All, same exact results.
More games tested
- Uncharted Golden Abyss (works at allow and drop, 45-60fps, works great)
- Little Big Planet Vita (works with allow, 45-50 on tutorial missions, 52-60 on main missions, some dialog is cut because of instances of 2x speed)
- one piece burning blood (works with allow, 48-60 FPS in battle)
- army corps of hell, SÃO hollow fragment and Modnation Racers don't work.

Darkest Dungeon mode 1 :30 fps mode drop all : 45 fps (with black lines flickering but runs at the actual framerate)
Tested Danganronpa V3 Demo, Danganronpa 1 and 2. MODE: Allow FPS: 60 with some drops. DROP ALL gives 100+ (Too fast!) Seems to work well, completed the demo! Will most likely be fine in game.

an amendment to the Iist: Uncharted doesn't have speedup, and can reach 60fps while Jak 1 gets sped-up, Jak II and 3 do not, they are abIe to reach 60fps without speedup or sIowdown YS8 doesn't speed up nor sIowdown new: Sonic AII-Stars Racing Transformed runs at 60fps, but for onIy character animations and ui, the worId (and camera) somehow stiII onIy updates at 30fps
as for more 2x speed titIes, unfortunateIy: MetaI Gear SoIid 2 and 3 both speed-up, don't maintain a steady 60fps either Gravity Rush aIso speeds up, can't manage 60fps in open environments at aII as does the Ratchet triIogy as mentioned above, but these games can reach 60fps semi-consistentIy with a GPU overcIock,

I tried VGi with Uncharted Golden Abyss and it seems to not work? I am still stuck at 30fps on both Allow and Drop unless in the menu. Am I missing something here? How did that work?

GoIden Abyss just has an awfuI framerate 😭 l seriousIy had to downgrade the resoIution to 480x272 at max overcIock to bareIy cIimb into the 50s
It's so sad to say this, but this project (like many others) is dead already. We wanted to make justice for the PSVita making games look better, but the hardware inside the console just wasn't enough. Electry did an amazing job creating Vitagrafix along with PSVShell and VGi, and he spent so many hours trying to fix the mistakes developers did on the games for us to enjoy them even more. He stopped updating Vitagrafix 3 years ago, so I don't think we can do anything more for this console. I did many resolution patches for my favourite games using IDA Pro and learning from Electry and it makes me so happy everytime I receive an email notifying me that someone posted on this projects. So many people contributed to this and all of us should be very grateful with them, but now it's over. I always wanted the PSVita to be better and I spent days and nights testing new programs or plugins, making translations or resolutions patches, but after some time I realized that we can't help the fact that our beloved console is weak. I'm glad someone still have hope and interest in this projects, but sadly most of us have already given up...
understandabIe! you aII have done MORE than most systems ever get, it's seriousIy insane there are so many games l wouIdn't have even tried on Vita if it weren't for you guys' resoIution patches, made the Vita seriousIy have a speciaI pIace in my heart thanks to it.

these definiteIy Iead somewhere but I just don't understand how to turn these into memory addresses or find their pointers through them (l couIdn't even make an unIimited party memory code for the EU version of hacker's memory so)

It came to my attention that @Electry updated his VGi plugin with a V-sync killswitch that tests if a game can remove the 30FPS lock. And some contributors (me included) tested some games by themselves and posted their results here and there. I wanted to put all info in the same place to help people that create vitagrafix patches if a game can or cannot have FPS patches and if they worth it, saving their time.
So if people could test more games, just download the VGI plugin (0.7 or later) and post your results.

Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified (previously tested by Electry) - Menus animate at 30FPS. Mid 30s to mid 40s while in combat testing with opening section of the starting mission
MUD FiM with DROP option - Menus animate at 30FPS. Mid-30s to high-40s when racing. Scenic shots can hit mid 50s
MXGP with DROP option- UI spazzes out
