Sendphoto #231

Any problem with method Sendphoto, was work normally and stop today. no clear errors on log.

only this "Undefined index: message" on Telegram.php.

another methods working without issues;

In my bots it's working fine, but i'm using an old version. Did you updated the library recently ?

Yesterday, the telegram was intermittently.

i use update.php and get error Undefined variable '$message'
