Refresh browers source, Control media audio mute and unmute, control filter visible, hide or show

ok, I have tried searching for weeks and failed to get a function to refresh my browser source( instead it switched scenes to refresh it) 2) I have an idea to create a chat control system, like if someone send !cat, a cat sound is played. for that, I again searched for a function. 3) I have a coll transition filter on my Camera which I want to control if someone subbed. I want that filter to be visible. 4) more such ideas... ( Youtube live stream between not twitch, youtube doesn't have rewards system YET ). Apologies if such functions already exits.... if so where are they?
