Labels Layer: Add new label

• [ ] User can select element and add label.
• [ ] Text can have max. 2000 characters.

• How should labels be created? (e.g. Activate add label mode in toolbar, "add icon" on hover, context menu, ...)

Is this limitation needed due to konva?

How should labels be created? (e.g. Activate add label mode in toolbar, "add icon" on hover, context menu, ...)

As always right bottom for creating, left bottom for editing.

As the label layer is a separate layer, we have plenty of space and we can directly have a text box left and right (if element is selected).
