rename "owner" to "creator" #1173

so Yvonne likes "creator" (Gestalter*in) better, so:

[ ] add creator (Gestalter*in) to doc/architecture/12glossary.md
[ ] find all occurrences of owner related to map (at least in visible parts) and add them here instead of this point

elements still can have owner, would be too many changes with no benefit?

@chr-schr and I are renaming it in the backend already (map, plantings and seeds) #1168

If you are not already nearly done: better to have separate PRs for such separate issues. It sometimes is so easy to start and then some tricky test case fails or something.
