Inconsistent field labeling map create/edit

It looks like one page is labeled and the other isn't. If possible please label both so I can test them both easy. The difficulty here is to reach the privacy selector on create map, there is currently no resilient option for that.

In general I think the layout of "Edit Map" is a bit nicer, except of the Or missing in between manual+openstreetmap selector.
