Unable to build docker images #4958

The jenkins CI is currently broken. The problem seems to be that the "Build docker images" stage is unable to pull the openwrtorg/sdk image which indeed does not exist (any longer?) on dockerhub.

We can remove the whole openwrt build, Elektra is not maintained in openwrt anymore.
