Audio output on Olimex A20 Lime 2 #88

@markus2330 do you have any idea, how I can output the audio on the Olimex A20 Lime2? I don't have the Lime2-Shield, so I tried with HDMI, but I wasn't successful.

For some reason, it is working now. The audio stream is not continuous, but for testing, it should work.

I also had the problems of not-so-nice sound when I used rodio. With ogg123 it worked flawlessly.
