ISSUES -switching between a repo with issues that is not a fork to one that is #265

Now we have a new bug that when we switch from a regular repo to a fork we need to kick the user to the readme, right now it says no issues which is accurate but weird because ther eis not an issues button

fixed bug and now if you click from a regular repo to a fork and you are on the issues screen you will kicked back to the read me
