Steps to reproduce

部分多级表头固定，非固定位置也是多级表头

What is Expected?

正常显示固定的多级表头

What is actually happening?

固定的多级表头会显示一个最小宽度80px而非全部

Please fix this bug as soon as possible. You want to use both multilevel table headers and fixed column mode
