[feature request] tree table check box: check box control of subset data #19369

Description

场景描述： 需用用到了 树形表格，但表格还需要有 复选框，于是使用 树形表格 复选框

场景问题： 子数据 默认渲染了 复选框

期望效果： 1、针对子集数据，UI不需要渲染 复选框（期望但未实现） 2、针对子集数据，UI 禁用复选框（已实现）
