What is Expected?

在时间日期范围组件中需要支持对于年份，月份支持快速选择的能力，这是符合正常需求以及用户操作逻辑的

What is Expected?

In the time date range component, you need to support the ability to quickly select the year and month, which is in line with normal requirements and user operation logic
