Steps to reproduce

机构树的数据量大于2.2MB，查询就卡到不行

What is Expected?

期待能够优化一下，能支持大一些数据量加载和查询

What is actually happening?

目前只要数据量大于2.2MB的数据量，查询十分卡顿，反应很慢
