菜单收起，鼠标移入没有子级的菜单，tooltip默认是dark，不能修改其样式，也没有配置一级菜单的popver-class

What is Expected?

可以修改或者配置一级菜单收起状态的tooltip

默认是dark

Steps to reproduce

When the menu is folded, the mouse moves into the menu without sub level. The default value of tool tip is dark, and its style cannot be modified. There is no popver class configuration for the first level menu

What is Expected?

You can modify or configure the tool tip of the first level menu

What is actually happening?

The default is dark
