[bug report] when the table scrolls horizontally or up and down, the header or column will shake, so the experience is very bad #20968

Steps to reproduce

table内容超出固定高度或者宽度，上下或者左右滚动的时候，会出现抖动

What is Expected?

期望上下或者左右滚动的时候，table不抖动

What is actually happening?

上下或者左右滚动的时候，table会抖动

是的，可以看我发的那个链接，当左右滚动的时候 抖动的感觉会更明显一些

@ItsMisa 由于官方正在对该项目进行Vue升级，短时间内应该是没精力投入到老版本中来，所以抱歉了
