[Feature Request] The select component allow removes or disables the Delete Icon on the tag when multiple selections are made #21463

Description

When the select component selects multiple items, although the selected options have been grayed out, they can still be deleted through the Delete Icon on the tags. After reading the relevant blogs, whether the graying of the deleted icon is shared with the disabled attribute of the El select component. Can additional configurations be supported on the original basis
