data pack instalation #39

I followed this tutorial on installing data packs. Is this what you are supposed to do to install this data pack?

when you follow the above tutorial placing the zip file in the data back folder does nothing even after a reload and unzip[ing it as well

I also noticed the 1.16 zip contains a 1.15 forage. Are we supposed to use forge 1.15?

didn't follow the directions properly
