Proposed Changes:

Added cache-busting to config and data asset fetching to prevent caching of stale files.

To test:

open network panel in browser dev tools
load app
confirm requests for /config/config.json & /data/<dataFileName>.json include cache-busting param like ?_cb=1692888873388
