Ba/refactor action buttons #328

Related Issue(s):

Proposed Changes:

  1. Move Analyze button next to dashboard in top nav
  2. Move Launch Your Own placement to top right of map pane
  3. Refactor and rename Launch button and config to be generic CTA action button
  4. Condense scene results count to stack and reduce width
  5. Move Images are not visible at this zoom level. message and button to bottom left of map pane
  6. Update basic responsiveness to respect new button locations
