I tried to upgrade to 2.x

I do uptrade element-theme to "^2.0.1" and install element-theme-chalk to "^2.0.7"

but when I tried to run "et", still throw Error " please install 'element-theme-default' ", that make me crazy almost

pls help me, thanks!
