Remove documentation for the removed oper permisisons #104

:D I was on a code-roll yesterday, so I left all this since I wanted to get code stuff done, and we'll probably need to do lots of updates to documentation anyway (for example, I'm planning to obliterate and redo the example config). That said, I'll take any useful documentation updates as we get to them.
