Minor tweaks #1

Made some minor clarifications, made requirement of token_secret consistent, and moved up info on auto-creating config file.

Updated in https://github.com/ElementsProject/filebazaar/commit/05fa28028e86aed5a1193cc3e06d5afb4fea8253 with some modifications. Left the CLI section below the configuration options because auto-creating the config file is already mentioned in the quickstart.
