Dear Jim Does the "module" command need to be commented,too? And could you give a hand on the format of the input data file, I just don't know the format of each patient's HPO list. Does it has to included both the description and code or just the description? Thank you! Best Regards Li Weizhi

Yes you can comment the "module" commands if you get an error.
