Feathers do not seem to be going down at all no matter how much I sprint?

Do you have the Actions of Stamina mod installed? Feathers itself is just a system and API for other mods to use.

Edit: Realized that Actions of Stamina is not updated to 1.20.1 yet. So there is currently no way to have stamina sprinting through Feathers as far as I am aware.
