[EDH-2459] Future supply agreement causes grid report to fail #30

Issue:

Grid reports fail when some metering point has a Supply agreement valid from in the future.

Steps:

  1. Tested reports with GRID 38X-EIN-ALL----B - SUCCESS
  2. Added SUPPLY agreement with a valid from date 1 day in the future.
  3. Regenerated reports - FAIL
  4. Changed the valid from date to be one month in the past (in April)
  5. Regenerated reports - SUCCESS
  6. Added another future SUPPLY agreement to another metering point
  7. Regenerated reports - FAIL
