[EDH-2950] Service provider info missing from UI agreement search #71

Problem

In UI Agreement search service provider info is missing.

Expected result

There should be a column showing the agreement service provider.

Workaround

Service provider info is returned via API and Excel download. Also in new agreement flow -> related agreements the service provider is shown.
