This PR contains tests for the application's controllers.

Changes Made.

[ ] Add spec test for actions in units, users, and reservations controller.
[ ] Used factory-bot gem to help streamline the process of generating test data.
[ ] Add actions to routes.rb for testing purposes.
[ ] Removed image attribute from models/unit_spec.rb test file.
