Installer and Auto-Updater #12

Time to make an installer and auto-updater. I think I'll probably just use Squirrel.

I don't think there is a need for any installer for a program like this. TaskbarTools is a portable type program no matter how much I think it just waste of time and resources to make an installer for a program like this.

Auto updater is a good feature though.
