Add multiple monitor support #16

The TaskBarTools doesn't apply the same style to all the taskbars. Instead the style is applied only to the main bar.

However, when switching to another virtual desktop, TBT will then apply the style to the taskbar on the second monitor. The only way to update the main taskbar is to restart the app

Apologies for the many changes to this issue.

I've found out that this issue applies only following this steps

1) Set the taskbar to appear on only one monitor 2) Start TBT 3) Set the taskbar to appear on all the monitors 4) Tbt will apply any further style changes only to one of them

Does this also apply to starting it with one monitor, then turning that one off (dp) and then turning it back on? Because when I do that the programm just keeps it constant at my accent color ignoring all the alpha and color set in the gui. Or maybe a different issue.
