Add WT905 model #40

I recently purchased the HWT905-TTL model. To maximize its performance, I've opted to use 200Hz. I've created and executed launch files to generate the appropriate configuration for this version of the device.

@lolddohaja would you like to add also your test report to the corresponding issue #16? I don't see nevertheless any obstacles here to accept the PR, so I could do it soon
