add multiple checkpoints #9

GPT-J has many intermediate checkpoints useful for over-time analysis. We need to...

  1. Update data collection scripts to allow for variable checkpoint
  2. Update the indexing code accordingly
  3. Update the UI (for now, a dropdown list should suffice)
