Fix for file name change #9

  1. Fixed the load_from_hub by including the "layer.{x}"
  2. Fixed the load_all_from_hub by changing f.stem, to f.name, so that they can be indexed by ["layer.x"]
  3. Fixed the readme

I think someone just did half of these changes a different way 10 min ago - but I defer judgement on the better solution :)
