Iterate over the field providers and get their values

$columns is just the concrete DB columns on the table so this patch doesn't actually do anything. Will take a quick pass at this myself.

Heh. Nevermind. Misread the Table API stuff at first.

Ended up doing some hack anyways since the default behavior does not get all values if you intentionally have duplicated data in the xref collection
