"Check All" feature to top of table #96

This is where it currently is:

I think it makes more sense from a UX perspective to have this option at the top of the table. This is normally where this sort of action takes place in the UI on a bulk selection like this.

The bulk action across all pages, and the additional application-dependent CTAs, etc., would replace the filtering options (fade in/out on selection/deselection, for example).

This way the user doesn't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page for this action.

The stock admin UI in Dewdrop may have the same quirk, but the UI in the screenshots is actually specific to ProntoSpot, not in Dewdrop.

Hm, it looked like it was pulling straight from Dewdrop.
