Investigate speed item rolls for minor qol. #1

On the actions tab, speed item rolls do not function.

I suspect the reason is that the tab is not one that minor-qol normally looks for in it's click replacement, similar to this issue:

PR opened for minor-qol.

The PR was merged but from what I can tell, TPosney has not released a new version of Minor-QOL since then. So we're kind of stuck in this grey area.

Going to close this issue as Minor QOL is being deprecated in favor of Midi-QOL.
