Localization issues #3

Reported by @Hadalonut over discord.

I am running foundry 0.6.6, dnd5e 0.96. Also the hit/dc on weapons i dont think should be NaN

Turns out DND5E.ProficiencyBonus and DND5E.Actions are from BetterNPCSheet5e. Changing what we use to be 5e core strings and opened issue.
