Make the Actions Tab To Hit column more robust. #4

Unconventional Weapon users do not infer the correct values here.

Current workaround is to set the weapon's attributes manually.

The more I think about this the less I agree with my previous self in suggesting that this is the Actions Tab's responsibility. Rolling the item without the "Workaround" I mention above would result in an incorrect roll, so really the Actions Tab is doing its job of displaying what the item will do.
