Expose hit dice count crudely #47

This simply exposes the number of hit dice available compared to the level of the 5e actor.

I think this is a fine solution to #19 for now. Ideally something about this would display which hit dice are available for multiclassed users, but honestly I've used that as an excuse to not do this for too long and getting this out there is going to be helpful. Big thanks!
