Replaces System Messages in GMLoggerHandler with Plugin Logger (didn't want to nag the author)

I will check this out and decide the best way to go. This is a much cleaner fix than what we just applied.

Currently not decided but the Experimental build has fixes in so theres no nag on Paper.
