Glitched Unclaimable Chunks #152

Sometimes chunks cannot be claimed using Towny, throws the following Error:

isn't 0.88.0.3 a dev build?

This occurs when someone deletes a town manually and not with the ingame commands. You missed the town's townblocks in the townblocks folder and townblocks.txt
