Name Changing #176

Hello guys. I'm experiencing an issue which makes me manually edit alot of .txt files every restart..

When a player is in the game and changes name, it doesn't change in the files. So when we restart the server it's their old names in the town files, but new names in the residents.txt It wasn't like this before and I don't know the cause. Any help is appreciated.

Well, this.. was not really true.. It was because of an permission issue. That's why it couldn't write to the files or something. Well, I would greatly appreciate if there is some way to try to load in all residents without stopping on each one, Certain mode / command or something similar.

Had an issue with towny a year ago about uuid implementation. Went scrolling through some old closed issues and actually saw my comment from a year ago asking for uuid conversion. Since then I've stopped and restarted minecraft and have been working on a new server only to find out uuid still isn't implemented even with the release of sponge and 1.12. Any chance you'll add it this time @ElgarL
