There are no more planned breaking changes so it seems safe enough to allow plugin devs to start releasing updates.

@ewinslow I just wanted to make the very same PR. While it's nice to have 2.0 support already included in the plugin it is still necessary to update the community site... :wink:

Updating elgg.org is one of the steps in the release process. So we'll update it tomorrow as we release 2.0.0-beta.2.
