Do you have a live demo so I can test on tablet/phone?

Also, I've always thought search should be a more primary action. Can we:

  1. Get rid of that wall of text (people ignore blah-blah text anyways)
  2. Visually promote searching (assume the default action is finding plugins)
  3. Visually demote uploading (important, but secondary)

I'm fine with splitting these into a separate PR/ticket as well, if you think that would work better.

I agree, lets discuss your ideas in another ticket and just get this one pulled in, if you find it okay. Current plugin page doesn't look nice on a small screen.
